The Forms and Flows app must be responsive (web, tablet and mobile).

One implementation will have one language. Supporting multiple languages per implementation will make the platform too complex and conflict with the design principle “Keep it simple”.
The Forms and Flows app must support theming.
The Forms and Flows app must support switching between a light theme and a dark theme.
An employee must be able to login to the Forms and Flows app as an end user, a process manager or as an application manager. When logging in as an end user, an employee can logging using her own account or with a role. A role must be assigned to an employee before she can log in with that role. The setup determines if an employee is allowed to log in as a process manager and/or an application manager.
The Forms and Flows app must support maintenance mode, meaning that when the platform is in maintenance mode, employees are not allowed to login.
All action mutations (Create, Update and Delete) must be logged.
All run mutations (Create, Update and Delete) must be logged.
