Why should I implement Forms and Flows?
Besides being a feature-rich process automation platform, Forms and Flows allows for the standardization of your process automations offering many benefits:

Why did I start Forms and Flows?
In 2025, something shifted for me. I wanted to turn Forms and Flows into something bigger, more focused, and built to last.
I concluded that a possible enjoyable way to hopefully help many others is by utilizing my knowledge and experience into a useful open-source product. Automating business processes and creating business solutions for many years already, the idea for a process automation platform was easily made.

Is it really free, as in no costs?
Yes. Official distributions are, and will always be, free as in no costs.
Costs for using the related technology stack will of course still apply.

How about AI?
The process automation platform does not directly use Artificial Intelligence (AI). Organizations can use AI when automating processes with Forms and Flows though. More information about this topic will be available when distribution Orion version 2.0 is released.
