The solution “Forms and Flows – Orion – Test” contains the canvas app “FaF – Test process” which can be used to add a process to an implementation to be used for testing purposes.
This functionality is added so organizations can start testing/investigating Forms and Flows quickly.
When the canvas app is run, a screen with the button “Create test process” is shown. When this button is clicked on, records in the following tables are added:
- FaF – Action templates
- FaF – Authorizations
- These records can be ignored/deleted.
- FaF – Processes
- FaF – Roles
- FaF – Role – User
When the canvas app is run and the test process is already added, a corresponding message is shown and the button is disabled.
The environment variables in the solution are used to assign roles and actions to the user configured.
The test process can be used in a production environment to test an update as part of a Go/No-Go decision.
