The solution “Forms and Flows – Orion – Test” contains the canvas app “FaF – Dummy data” which can be used to add dummy data to an implementation.
This functionality is added so organizations can test Forms and Flows with a larger data set.
When the canvas app is run, a screen with the button “Create dummy data” is shown. When this button is clicked on, the following records are added:
- 100 records in the list “FaF – Processes”.
- For every added process record, 3 to 7 records are added in the list “FaF – Runs”.
- For every added run record, 3 to 7 records are added in the list “FaF – Actions”.
This means that 100 process records, around 500 run records and around 2500 action records are created.
The environment variables in the solution are used to assign the runs and actions to the user configured.
It is advised not to add dummy data in a production environment.
